All materials must arrive by insertion due date or a processing fee of $250 may be applied. This fee may also be applied to materials furnished out of specifications.
Acceptable File Formats:
• TIFF/IT (Full Page Ads Only)
• CT should be 254 dpi; LW should be 2540 dpi
• PDF (Full Page Ads and Partial Page Ads) Adobe Acrobat
• Composite CMYK; Embed all fonts; Press optimized
• Native Application Files (Full and Partial page Ads)
• Quark X Press; Adobe Illustrator; Macromedia FreeHand -- Collect for output (preferably from FlightCheck); include all fonts, linked high resolution graphics (line art, halftones, or CMYK) in place saved as EPS or TIFF; directory printout showing file names, types and modification dates.
Acceptable Media: Iomega Zip, Iomega Jazz, CD, CD-RW, DVD, DVD-RAM
Media will be promptly returned provided that it is clearly labeled with name, address, phone number and advertiser’s name.
Proofs: Two proofs must be supplied with every ad.

A general rule for Adobe InDesign, Quark Express and Adobe Illustrator users: When a full page bleed is desired, please set your document size for the Full Page Trim Size listed above. Any objects that require a bleed should extend at least 1/8” beyond the edge of your document. Live matter should be kept 1/4” in from the trim size. Account for a 1/4” in the center for the glue.
